Please let me know your thoughts/opinions. Also I spoke with Guy Peterson <br />regarding the MUSA expansion issue. He indicated that whatever our plan says for the <br />2020 MUSA staging will be the MUSA expansion request. Therefor. in the current draft <br />plan the City of Ramsey will be making a "MUSA Expansion" request to the year 2015 <br />which includes all the land westerly along Highway 10 shown in land use other than <br />Rural Developing or Park. The City will be responsible for ensuring development occurs <br />according to the proposed staging plan. This is as we discussed the other day. <br /> <br />Also the draft plans will be delivered tomorrow as soon as they are returned from the <br />printer. The total cost will be roughly $750 to $800 for 40 copies. I requested that one of <br />the 40 copies not be bound so you may make additional copies from it if needed.
