On Page 24 the last sentence of the 2nd paragraph under the Commercial subheading should <br />be added to say" The site is not served by municipal utilities and has had problems with on <br />site septic system operations." Also the last paragraph under this section should indicate 260 <br />acres of vacant land rather than 200 acres of vacant land within the 2000 MUSA. <br /> <br />6. On Page 25 under the Agriculture subheading, the figure for total lands enrolled within the <br />green acres program should read 1,495 acres. <br /> <br />7. On Page 27 following the description of the "pennanent rural" places to live include the <br />following paragraph: " NOTE: 'Permanent Rural' as used in this plan does not have the <br />same definition as established by the Metropolitan Council. The Metropolitan Council <br />defines permanent rural as areas not scheduled to receive urban services and guided for <br />densities of 1 unit per 10 acres. The purpose for such a low-density development pattern is <br />generally to prevent extensive large lot development or "suburban sprawl" and to preserve <br />rural character." <br /> <br />8.
