i10 32) That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. 33) That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services. 34) That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services. 35) That the .proposed use will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 36) That the proposed use will/will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of fumes or odors. 37) That the proposed use will be consistent with the intent and purposes of §9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permits) of the City Code. 38) That the Applicant hosted an informational meeting for the benefit of the community at Greenhaven on November 30, 1993, the minutes of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
