(IPS) ENCLOSED ORGANIC COMPOST FACILITY On ,199 , a conditional use permit ("CUP") approval was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to INTERNATIONAL PROCESS SYSTEMS, INC. (IPS) to operate an ENCLOSED ORGANIC COMPOST FACILITY in the I-I Industrial District°n approximately 66.7 acres of land within the parcels of record legally described as follows: PIN 27-32-25-11-0004 and Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, except that part of said quarter, quarter laying Northwesterly of the following described line: Com at the Northeast corner of said quarter, quarter then South 89 degrees 36 minutes 7 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the North line of said quarter, quarter, 800 feet to the point of beginning, then south 5 degrees 8 minutes 53 seconds East 165 feet, then South 23 degrees 8 minutes 53 seconds East 314 feet then South 0 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds East 105.09 feet, then South 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds West 315.29 feet, then North 88 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West 350 feet more or less to the West line of said quarter, quarter and there term; also ex rd; subject to easement of record. PIN 27-32-25-12-0004 Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, except that part of said quarter, quarter described as follows: Begin at a point on the North line of said quarter, quarter, 1780 feet West from the Northeast comer of the Northeast quarter, then south 50 degrees 23 minutes 53 seconds East 106 feet, then South 28.degrees 53 minutes 53 seconds East 59.3 feet then South 6 minutes 7 seconds West 262 feet, then South 18 degrees 13 minutes 53 seconds East 167.91 feet, then South 88 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East 280 feet more or less to the East line of said quarter, quarter, then North along said East line to said North line, then West along said North line to the point of beginning; also ex rd subject to easement of record. This permit is issued pursuant to §9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. This permit shall not be in effect until all required permits have been received from County and State authorities. Site. The specific site within the Parcel of Record where the composting operations shall be carded on is approximately a 66.7 acre site as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" and which site is hereinafter referred to as the "Site". 0 Activity. The operation of the facility shall be specifically limited to that described in IPS' application and description dated November 16, 1993 together with site plans attached thereto as amended by the IPS submittal of November 24, 1993, except as modified herein. o Capacity. The capacity of the compost facility shall be limited to daily maximum of 200 tons and to gate receipts of no more than 36,500 tons annually.
