Councilmember Cox stated that Ramsey lacks facilities for the <br />youth and the surplus funds are available. <br /> <br />Motion carried. voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, DeLuca and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #16: Civil Defense Warning Sirens: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley presented plans and specifications for a civil defense wa=ning <br />system for Ramsey; the estimated cost for 17 sirens is $200,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmernber Cox and seconded by Councilrnember DeLuca to approve <br />S];:ecifications for civil defense warning sirens and authorize the City <br />Administrator to advertise for bids to be received no later than June 24, <br />1988 at 5: 00 p.m. in the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: torr.
