Ms. Norris stated that staff is recommending denial because <br />the request would create a landlocked parcel and contradicts one of the <br />terms of the development agreement for Voltin's Oak Hill Estates. <br /> <br />Hr. Schulte stated he is in the process of purchasing property from Bill <br />Weiss and Arland Voltin that will provide the access needed. <br /> <br />Bill Weiss - 16053 NcMthen Blvd. - Expressed concern with the extent and <br />ownership of the easement proposed to be purchased. <br /> <br />~tr.
