Ramsey. <br />Minnesota regarding sewer and water improvements for Front Street N.W. from <br />Sunfisb Lake Blvd. N.W. to Tungsten Street N.W. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve neLuca <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Al Sorteberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />t:~ Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that tbe proposed project includes extension <br />of sewer and water along Front Street from Sunfish Lake Blvd. to Tungsten <br />Street N.W. The estimated total cost for sewer trunk is $62.400 and <br />$69.550 for water main; tbis project can be financed through tax increment <br />financing. In addition to a service availability surcharge. properties <br />making use of the facilities would be billed on a quarterly basis for the <br />services.
