Absent: Councilnernber Cox. <br /> <br />Case #3: ReQuest For Preliminary Plat Approval Of The North Forty: <br />Case Of Mr. Richard 8.Ybrant: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Sybrant is requesting preliminary plat approval <br />of The North Forty; a 40 acre parcel to be subdivided into 15 single family <br />lots with access fran Armstrong Blvd. and streets to be constructed with <br />temporary cul-de-sacs to the west and the north. <br /> <br />Mr. Ray Prash was present representing Mr. Sybrant. A discussion ensued <br />regarding road alignments for the plat. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />table action on Mr. Sybrant I s request for preliminary plat approval of The <br />North Forty until the develop=r can provide an access to the north. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case *4: Street I~rovement For Caroline Acres I~rovement Project <br />#88-12: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka presented the feasibility report for upgrading the streets in <br />Caroline Acres. Mr. Raatikka stated that the organic and peat material <br />present in the road will increase the cost of street construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmernber DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution #88-48 receiving the feasibility report and calling for a <br />public hearing on April 12, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. regarding Street Improvement <br />Project #88-12 (Caroline Acres).
