Councilman Gorham's father was listed as an owner of two parcels of the land involved in this issue and Martin H. and Irene Gorham, Councilman Gorham's mother and father, were noted as peti- tioners when the rezoning petition was filed on November 13, 1974. B. That during the course of the proceedings, Martin Gorham allegedly sold the property to Royal Esquire Realty, Inc. C. That the above sale was made allegedly on a contract for deed. D. That title to the property still vests with Martin Gorham. E. That Royal Esquire Realty was incorporated on June 17, 1974. F. That one of the three members of the Board of Directors of Royal Esquire Realty at the time of its incorporation was P. Joan Gorham, a sister of Councilman Gary Gorham (see Book 2472, Ramsey County Register of Deeds, page 493). G. That according to information given by the developer, P. Joan Gorham is no longer on the Board of Directors, although petitioners have been unable to otherwise substantiate this claim. H. That P. Joan Gorham apparently occupies a business position at the present time with Royal Esquire Realty. I. That adjacent a large portion of the rezoned property, as shown by the attached map, are developments entitled "Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates" and "Gorham's Addition." J. That Councilman Gary Gorham's brother, Gale Gorham, has been involved in constructing, building and/or some similar kind of real . estate activity in the immediate area of the rezoned property during the past year.
