CDuncilmember CDx stated that the motion would not include N&N as
they have not approached the CDunci1 with their concerns. Mr. Wirz stated
that Altron recently received a reduction in property valuation based on their
proximity to the landfill. CDuncilmanber CDx agreed that Altron should be
deleted fran the motion.

CDuncilmanber CDx restated his motion as follows:

Motion by CDuncilmanber CDx and seconded by CDuncilmember Reimann to reduce
the 1985 market valuation for the following commercial properties by 10%:
Prestress, Kovar, Superbowl, Grosslein, LeTourneau's and Ernie Peterson's
complex.

Further Discussion: Mr. starkey stated that if the total market valuation
reduction in this motion exceeds 1% of the City's total market value, the
recommended action will go nowhere. CDuncil delayed voting on the motion and
went into recess in order to allow Mr. Wirz time to determine whether or not
CDuncil's action would exceed 1% of the City's total market value.

CDuncil recessed at 9: 40 p.m.

Mayor Heitman called the Board of Review back to order at 10:00 p.m.

CDunci1manber CDx restated his motion as follows:
May 13, 1985
