In April, after topographic survey contracts were awarded by City Council, letters were sent to property owners <br />impacted by the proposed 2026 Pavement Management Program projects. The letters sent at that time indicated <br />that later in the summer of 2026, additional crews will be performing utility testing to assist with the preparation <br />of plans for said improvements. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #25-156 accepting sewer cleaning and televising proposals for 2026 Pavement <br />Management Program Projects. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this work is proposed to come from the respective utility enterprise (Sewer and Storm Water Utility) <br />Funds.
