One of t~e positions paid for <br />10 from this appropriation is in the <br />11 unclassified temporary service. <br /> <br />52,000 <br /> <br />12 (p) Recycling and Environmental .programs <br /> <br />184,000. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />13 The commissioner shall use this money <br />14 to encourage recycling, recycling <br />15 education, the quality environment <br />16 program, and other necessary efforts <br />17 for the correction of environmental <br />18 blemishes that have a negative impact <br />19 on tourism and economic development <br />20 within the state.
