[P!10CEEDS FROM NATURAL RESOURCES LAND.) [PERSON.] "Person" has the meaning given in <br /> <br />27 section 116.06, subdivision 8. <br /> <br />28 . Subd. 6. [PROCESSING.] "Processing" means prOducing or <br /> <br />29 manufacturing usable materials, including fuel, from waste tires <br /> <br />30 including necessary incidental temporary storace activity. <br /> <br />31 Subd. 7. [TIRE.] "Tire" means a pneumatic tire or solid <br /> <br />32 tire for motor vehicles as defined in section 169.01. <br /> <br />33 Subd. 8. [TIRE COLLECTOR.) "Tire collector" means a person <br /> <br />34 <br />35 <br />36 <br /> <br />who owns or ooerates a site used for the storace, collection, or <br /> <br /> <br />deposit of more than 50 waste tires. <br /> <br /> <br />Subd. 9.
