<br />The Ramsey Senior Citizens met for their monthly
<br />meeting on February 4 and enjoyed their usual pot
<br />luck luncheon. The club plans to treat themselves
<br />to a February "dinner out" at "Ramsey On The
<br />Green" February 19 at 12:00 noon.
<br />The next regular meeting and pot luck luncheon
<br />will be March 4. The Ramsey Seniors invite other
<br />seniors to come and visit; they always have an en-
<br />joyable time.

<br />A pancake breakfast is in the planning and we're
<br />packing it full of fun, food and frills! Mark this date
<br />on your calendar, March 29th, 8:00 a.m. - 1 :00 p.m.
<br />at Ramsey Elementary School. The fun begins with
<br />sports celebrities Scott LeDoux, Alfred Anderson and
<br />Curtis Rouse of the Minnesota Viking's and two
<br />members of the Minnesota Strikers team who will
<br />be present to sign autographs and hand out pictures.
<br />Watch for posters announcing celebrity appearance
<br />times.
<br />The food includes all the mouth watering pan-
<br />cakes you can eat plus a serving of sausage, cof-
<br />fee, milk and juice.
<br />The frills include registration for all spring sports
<br />and summer soccer for Ramsey youths plus...DOOR
<br />PRIZES...and you need not be present to win!
<br />A limited supply of pre-sale tickets will be available

<br />
<br />Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held
<br />before the Gateway North Industrial Airport Zoning
<br />Board for the purpose of considering the adoption
<br />of an Airport Zoning Ordinance in the area of the
<br />Gateway North Industrial Airport.
<br />The public hearing will be held on the 11th day
<br />of March, 1987, commencing at 7:30 p.m. at Ramsey
<br />Municipal Center. The proposed Ordinance and the
<br />accompanying map are available for public inspec-
<br />tion at Ramsey Municipal Center during regular
<br />business hours.
<br />The property affected by the proposed Airport Zon-
<br />ing Ordinance is some, but not all, of the land lying
<br />within 6200 feet of the airport's runways. The types
<br />of restrictions proposed for each area are set forth
<br />in detail in the proposed Ordinance and map.
<br />The precise restrictions which would be imposed
<br />vary, depending on the location of the property. The
<br />restrictions generally regulate height of structures,
<br />the location or size, and use of buildings and the
<br />density of population. The most restrictive provisions
<br />would apply to the areas located in a trapezoidal area
<br />off the end of each runway, which area extends out
<br />from the end of the runway a distance equal to the
<br />length of the runway plus two hundred feet.
<br />Persons who believe that they may be affected by
<br />the proposed Ordinance are encouraged to review
<br />it and ascertain the specific impact which it would
<br />have on their property.
