<br />Ramsey Resident, Septemb~r 1984 - Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />Ramsey Jaycees President <br />receives special honor <br /> <br /> <br />Dale McKnight, President of Ramsey Area Jaycees, receives award. <br /> <br />Dale McKnight, President <br />of the Ramsey Area Jaycees, <br />received a very special award <br />on August 2nd. <br />Dale was chosen as an <br />Outstanding Young Man of <br />America for 1984. <br />. Dale was nominated by Bill <br />Kramer. Bill is a member of <br />the Ramsey Area Jaycees and <br />has been active in the Jaycee <br />movement for seventeen <br />years. <br />Dale has been the Presi- <br />dent of the Ramsey Chapter <br />since its charter in November <br />1982. The chapter was ex- <br />periencing some problems at <br />election time this past April, <br /> <br />and the members voted Dale <br />in for a second term. <br />Thanks to his dedication to <br />the Ramsey Jaycees our <br />chapter is now going strong. <br />We are running projects that <br />benefit individual members as <br />well as the commldnity, and <br />our membership is growing <br />every month. <br />Dales determination to <br />keep the Ramsey Jaycees <br />together was also recognized <br />by the Minnesota Jaycees at <br />th~ir annual convention in <br />May.
