MNRRA/Critical Area Plan <br />• The MNRRA/Critical Area Plan has been amended to address the most recent comments <br />received from the DNR relating to policy statements, Executive Order 79 -19 and Wild <br />and Scenic River Act requirements. The revisions also address comments received from <br />the National Park Service regarding the MNRRA/Comprehensive Management Plan. <br />Implementation <br />• Added language regarding the ISTS Management Program. <br />• Added language regarding the Central Planning Area Study. <br />The City is requesting written notice that the Metropolitan Council has received all of the <br />information needed to begin the formal review process as stipulated in Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 473.175 and as per our agreements and extensions subsequent to our last submission in <br />September of 2000. <br />Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions regarding the City of <br />Ramsey Draft Comprehensive Plan.
