<br />Surface Water Management <br /> <br />Attached is a resolution that will be considered indicating that the City intends to establish an <br />ordinance to implement the Council's Interim Strategy to Reduce Nonpoint Source Pollution. <br /> <br />Transportation <br /> <br />The review indicates that this section is almost complete for review. The following amendments to <br />the plan were made: <br /> <br />. Minor changes were made to page VI-2 to reflect that all roads are two lanes except for <br />Highway 10, which is a four-lane roadway. <br />. Incorporated a sentence on the Anoka County Volunteer Transportation Program on <br />page V-16. <br /> <br />Regarding access management, the first major paragraph on page VI-12 attempts to justify why <br />access management is important. If this is not sufficient, the Metropolitan Council might offer <br />additional language in the formal review process. <br /> <br />Critical Area Corridor and MNRRA Plan <br />It is assumed that this element is complete for review purposes. <br /> <br />With this information, the City of Ramsey's Comprehensiye Plan should be complete for the <br />Metropolitan Council to begin its formal review.
