Now that we have estimated the land demand based on Metropolitan Council's projections and the densities established within the Future Land Use Plan we must look at available developable land supply and determine if such projections can be accommodated and if not, what level of development can be accommodated. Table V -6 represents an inventory of vacant residential lands based on the future land use plan and an estimated capacity based on the previously made assumptions on density.
