There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building. or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (I) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />'b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. A wall sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which the sign is Ctobe affixed. <br />
