Staff is willing to work with the <br />applicant to accommodate the trees in areas that currently have no landscaping. <br />Commissioner Cleveland inquired about requiring another type of landscaping by the <br />railroad that would help with the buffering. Associate Planner Dalnes replied a retaining <br />wall is proposed all along this area. Chairperson Nixt noted the Commission has <br />recommended approval of the preliminary plat contingent on the septic issue and the <br />Staff Review Letter, which includes the landscaping plan. <br />Motion carried.
