Horton, Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that on.May 3~, 200$, the CitY~P\ll1cil <br />granted final plat approval' to Ramsey Town Center 6th Addition, a resicreptial subd~vtsion <br />located in Ramsey Town Center, north of East Ramsey Parkway an<i,west of.Peri<iot St~ NW. <br />Under Chapter 9.50.02 (8) of City Code, afmalplat must be recorded ~ithAIloka Cowity ~ithin <br />two years of approval unless the City Council extends the'period at the a~pli~ant's reql1est.i Mr. <br />Trudgeon explained D.R. Horton, the developer of Rmpsey Town ~epter 6thAdd~tiop, has <br />requested an extension to record the plat. The. final plat was 'app~ov~d on May $1, :2005; <br />therefore, the applicant would have until May 31, 2007 to record;the plat. Under the~p:~quest, <br />D.R. Horton would like to have until May 31, 2008 to r.ecord the plat. In .conversation,siwith <br />D.R.
