You may also be aware that we are focused on a location in the Ramsey Town Center <br />Development. The site selected is near the intersection of Civic Center Street and Rhinestone Street. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is two-fold: <br /> <br />First, to affirmatively state that the planned facility will be owned by the County and will be exempt from <br />property taxes. <br /> <br />Second, to ask you to affirmatively state to the Cou~ty, that you are committed to the construction of <br />Rhinestone and Civic Center streets by the end of the 2007 construction season. <br /> <br />We also understand that the developer PSD, has paid or will pay all assessments on the land, 'including the <br />sewer and water trunk charges. If you can confirm that to the County, it would, be most appreciated. <br /> <br />Thanks, Mayor Gamec.
