<br />Benefits <br /> <br />Under the PEHCSP. full-time eligible employees will contribute 100% of eligible sick leave <br />hours to the PEHCSP. For the purposes of this PEHCSP, "eligible sick leave hours" is defined <br />as 40% of unused, accumulated sick leave as per Section 15.6 of the LELS Sergeants and City of <br />Ramsey Labor Agreement. Eligible sick leave hours will be payable at the employee's hourly <br />rate of pay on the termination date. <br /> <br />Under the PEHCSP, full-time eligible employees will contribute 100% of eligible vacation leave <br />hours to the PEHCSP. For the purposes of this PEHCSP, "eligible vacation leave hours" is <br />defmed as unused and accumulated vacation leave as per Article 14 of the LELS Sergeants and <br />City of Ramsey Labor Agreement.
