<br />Part -Time Communications Specialist
<br />Salary: $30.80—$38.50 Hourly

<br />The City is seeking a detail -oriented and motivated
<br />Communications Specialist to support day-to-day City
<br />communications. In this role, you'll assist with social media
<br />and website content, create graphics and visual materials,
<br />ensure ADA accessibility, and support departments across
<br />the organization with communication needs. You'll also
<br />help capture and share Ramsey's story through photos,
<br />videos, and community engagement.
<br />This is a part-time, twenty (20) hours per week position;
<br />the established schedule is flexible within the timeframe
<br />of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., four or five
<br />days per week, subject to supervisor approval. This is an
<br />AFSCME Union position.
<br />Minimum Qualifications:
<br />• Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing,
<br />Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, or
<br />equivalent experience
<br />• One (1) year of experience in communications, website
<br />management, digital content creation, or a related field
<br />• Experience working with websites, social media
<br />platforms, and digital content tools
<br />• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft
<br />Office applications
<br />• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

<br />Seasonal Maintenance Workers
<br />Salary: $15.45-$18.54 Hourly

<br />Join the City of Ramsey's Public Works team and help
<br />keep our parks, streets, trails, and utilities looking great.
<br />Positions are hands-on, outdoor work supporting City
<br />operations through mowing and trimming, landscaping,
<br />athletic field maintenance, street maintenance, utilities
<br />support, trash collection, and general maintenance of City
<br />facilities and equipment.
<br />Seasonal (temporary), full-time hours Monday —Friday,
<br />7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Gain valuable hands-on experience

<br />The Executive Director serves as the chief executive
<br />and principal staff member of the Quad Cities Cable
<br />Communications Commission and QCTV. This role
<br />provides strategic, operational, fiscal, and community
<br />leadership for a multi -city public media organization
<br />responsible for local government programming, community
<br />television operations, cable franchise administration, and
<br />public engagement.
<br />The Executive Director works closely with the
<br />Commission, elected officials, municipal staff, community
<br />partners, and the public to ensure QCTV's long-term
<br />sustainability, regulatory compliance, operational
<br />excellence, and relevance as a trusted local media resource.
<br />This position balances governance support, media
<br />operations, fiscal stewardship, legislative awareness, and
<br />visible community leadership.
<br />NOTE: The Employer for this Position is the Quad
<br />Cities Cable Communications Commission and QCTV.
