C. Firm Experience: The proposer shall identify a minimum of three. proj ects that your firm has <br />completed within the last five years of a similar scope-'and a reference shall be included for each <br />• project, including contact name and telephone number. The proposer shall outline the firm's <br />experience in the Upper Midwest as it relates to the requirements of this project. <br />U. Work Schedule: -The proposer shall prepare a work task flow chart which illustrates <br />chronologically the firm's intent to rea ch major milestones and products within the tune -frame <br />contained in the Request for Proposals. <br />E. Proiect Team: A list of personnel who will be assigned to this project must be provided in the <br />submittal. Personnel experience and qualifications as they relate to this study as. well as what role <br />each will perform on this project shall be also be included. <br />F. Work Program and Hourly Estimate: The proposer shall prepare a work program that outlines <br />the task that will be completed (and when) and indicate which team member {s)' will be performing ' <br />_each task. An estimate of the personnel hours (by employee classification) for each work task <br />identified shall be prepared. A detailed listing of hourly rates for each employee classification used <br />by the firm shall be provided. The work program shall also indicate the level of Ramsey <br />participation in the project as well as any other service anticipated to be provided by Ramsey <br />G. Current Workload: A discussion of the_ firm's .current workload is to be provided, as well as <br />those of the project team and sub - consultants identified as they may, relate to this study. Include a <br />description of any conflicting projects or studies of which the City should be aware. <br />$ Consultant Fee: An hourly cost for consulting services including reimbursable mileage, <br />meetings, etc. associated with this project is to be submitted with the proposal. The actual fee shall <br />be based on actual hours involved at the rates set forth in the proposal and include a not -to- exceed <br />total cost figure. <br />I. Summary:. The proposer shall summarize the key elements of the proposal and provide a <br />discussion as to why your firm should be selected for this study. <br />III. EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR THE SELECTION OF THE ENGINEERING FIRM <br />A selection committee comprised of City personnel will evaluate the proposals. Members of the <br />selection committee will review and rate each proposal based on the following criteria: <br />A. Project Understanding The firm's understanding of the and the concerns of the City <br />evidenced in the Project Understanding. <br />B. Proiect Approach Clarity, innovativeness, conciseness, organization, and the overall <br />responsiveness to the RPP. . <br />C. Project Personnel: The assignment of qualified and experienced engineering staffresponsible <br />for the project who have proven their ability to work together as a team on similar projects. <br />Minnesota registration is required. ' <br />D. Work Program Thoroughness of the proposed work program, including personnel assignments <br />• by employee classification (and estimated time needed for each task) and timeline benchmarks for <br />completion of milestones of report. <br />2 <br />. - .. <br />
