Currently there is one <br />IT Manager and one Records Management Clerk that also does website updates. <br />• Suggestion: Addition of basic webpage with definitions of frequently used terms <br />like TIF, revenue bonding, etc. <br />• Suggestion- Addition of open forum/bulletin board on the website to allow <br />citizens to raise questions and receive responses by citizens, councilmembers or <br />staff. Staff and councilmembers would view it periodically and note some of the <br />trends and issues going on, and could put rumors to rest. <br />Concern was expressed regarding the possible abuse by individuals monopolizing <br />the service and the tremendous staff time that may be required. It was suggested <br />that the Ramsey project could act as a pilot on a smaller scope, and there is a <br />need to define the problem, and determine a comprehensive package of tools <br />before focusing on one. <br />• Recommendation <br />8.
