In general, all runoff generated <br />fi'om this development flows overland to collection structures and ponding proposed for the <br />Alph'~e Acres subdivision. The rate in <br />effect when the subdivisiotn receives final p(at approval will be required. <br /> <br />Trail Development and Trail Fees: The current trail development fee is $475.00 per unit and is <br />clue prior to recording the plat.
