Temporary real estate signs. <br /> <br />hg. Garage sale and craft sale signs. <br /> <br />.ih. Pennants. <br /> <br />9,12.17 ' Permit Application <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Application for permits shall be made upon forms provided by the <br />Zoning Administrator and shall state or have attached thereto the following information: <br /> <br />The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of. the .applicant, the owner of the' <br />parcel, on whidh the sign is to' be erected o? affJ. xed, the owner of the sign, and the <br />person to be erecting or aff~'dng the sign. <br /> <br />Type of sign. <br /> <br />c. Type of construction materials to be used. <br /> <br />Location of building, structure or parcel to which, or upon which, the sig-n is to be <br />attached or erected. <br /> <br />Position of the sign or other advertising structures in' relation to the nearest <br />buildings, structures, public ~treets, right-o£-ways, and property lines, along with <br />location and square footage areas for all existing sig-ns on the same'premises. The <br />drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale." <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of construction <br />'or attachment to the building or in the ~ound, including all dimensions, locating all <br />light sources, wattage, type; and color of lights and details of any light shields or <br />shades. <br /> <br />Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for dead <br />load and wind velocity in the amount required by ti-tis and all other ordinances of <br />the City, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building Official. The Zoning <br />Administrator or Building Official may require additional h~f'ormation concerning <br />safety. <br /> <br />An ag-reement with the City which would authorize and direct the City of 1Lamsey <br />· to remove the sign and .sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where <br />maintenance is required and the maintenance is not furnished, but only after a <br />notice of sixty (60) days specifying the maintenance required: ~':' ~h~.
