130 <br /> <br />........ ~ ............ ~: When the Zoning Administrator has determined that the cation <br />is complete, it shall be fo~arded to the Planning Commission for review. <br /> <br /> Subd. ~4. Before voting on the enactment of an amendment, the Pia~ing <br />Co~ission shall hold a public hearing thereon, pursuant to public notice. It shall be the <br />responsibiliw of the Zoning Admi~strator to have notice of the time, place, ~d pu~ose of the <br />public he~ng published in the o~cial city newspaper prior to the heafing~ Also, when an <br />amendment involves changes ~ district boundaries affecting an area of fivc twenty (~2~) acres <br />or less, a wfi~en notice of the hearing stating its time, place, and pu~ose shall be marled by the <br />Zoning Admi~strator at least ten (10) days prior to the day of the hearing to each owner of' <br />affected prope~ and prope~y situated wholly or pauly within 350 feet of the prope~ to which <br />the amendment relates. For ~e pu~ose of ~ving mailed notice, the Zoning Administrator may <br />use any approp~ate records to dete~ine the names and addresses of owners. A copy of'thc <br /> <br />to ~ve mailed notice to individual prope~ owners, or defects in the notice, shall not invalidate <br />· e proceedings, provided a bona fide aaempt to comply with this Section has be~n made. <br /> <br /> Subd. !$. If, a~er any public heating upon an amendment, the proposed <br />amendment is revised or ~aher revised to include land previously not affected by it, ~e <br />Pla~ing Co~ission shall hold another Public hearing, pursuant to public notice, before <br />proceeding to vote on the amendment. <br /> <br /> Subd. 76.
