From-the latest plans provided, driveway, length would range from 23-40 <br />feet in length. Three cottage units would have driveways that are 22-23 feet from the <br />proposed sidewalk through the cottage area. There has been concern raised with past <br />townhome developments about the possibility of having large trucks and vehicles overhang <br />into the street if the driveways are not at least 25 in length.
