~4 <br /> <br />Review Letter: Panther Precision <br />February 28, 2003 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Inspection Fees: The City has established an inspection fee to cover the costs incurred by the <br />City related to the installation of required improvements. The developer will be required to make <br />a cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account at the City and the City slia. ll have the <br /> <br />authority to draw upon these funds for the purpose of compensating for inspection services. The <br />amount of the deposit shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required' <br />Improvements or $5,850 ($117,000 x 5%). Upon completion of the Improvements to the <br />satisfaction of the-City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be <br />refunded to the applicant. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The payment of the storm water management fees will be <br />addressed through the Tax Increment Financing Agreement. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: The payment of the sewer and water trunk fees will be <br />addressed through ~he Tax Increment Financing Agreement. <br /> <br />REU Number: The REU number is used to determine the amount of change the property will <br />need to pay to the storm water utility system. It is based upon the percent of impervious area of <br />the development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2003, at R. amsey <br />Fire Station, 1500. Armstrong Blvd, to review the proposed site plan. You or your representative <br />should be present to answer any questions that may arise.
