Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESI])ENTIAL TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with Section 9.03.03 (Zoning Amendments) and 9120.3.1 (Planned Unit Development) of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI=D`, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That LTR Land Development, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly <br />applied to rezone certain property from R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of <br />the City Code on, February 6, 2003 and said public hearing was properly advertised, and the <br />minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference: <br /> <br />3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Government Lot 3 in Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the plats of Chestnut Hill 4t~ Addition and <br />Chestnut Hill 5th Addition, and southerly of the plat of Sunfish Lake Estates. <br /> <br />And that part of Government Lot 2 in Section. 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly and southeasterly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of said Government Lot 2 with <br />the center line of Sunwood Drive NW per Document No. 1226775, as recorded at <br />the Anoka County Recorder's Office; thence westerly along said center .line to the <br />intersection with the easterly extension of the north line of Sunfish Lake Estates, <br />according, to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence westerly <br />along said northerly line extended to the most easterly corner of'said Sunfish Lake <br />Estates; thence southwesterly along the easterly line of said. Sunfish Lake Estates to <br />the south line of said Government Lot. 2 and there terminating. <br /> <br />4.
