DIRECTION AND NEXT <br />STEPS <br />This study reviewed a range of potential winter market models, from a <br />small add -on to an existing event to a larger destination -style market, as well <br />as models led primarily by private operators, partners, or contracted support. <br />In doing so, it considered the broader market landscape already operating <br />in Ramsey and the surrounding area, along with key factors that would affect <br />feasibility including staffing capacity, available facilities, vendor attraction, <br />seasonal timing, operational needs, and overall return on investment.
