The main reason for my concern is today's costs to <br />small business in Ramsey vs costs in adjoining cities south of the river in Hennepin County. In <br />our business as developers and owning light industrial rental property, we have a rather unique <br />situation in having two rental properties almost identical, one being in Ramsey at 6250 Bunker . <br />Lake Blvd., the other in Maple Groveat 10550 County Road 81.
