This Driveway would access a parcel of land behind my current Residence. <br />The Driveway wonld go down my West property line, to a Single Family new home that <br />I wonld like to build behind my current Residence and then sell my Current Home. <br /> <br />8780181" Ave NW <br />Ramsey, MN. 55303 <br />763-241-7915 H <br />763-807-7836 Cell <br /> <br />I am on the Agenda with the Ramsey Planning Commition for April 5" to get a Variance <br />on the City Code for Street Frontage. This is a Land Locked Piece of Property. The Cart <br />Path wonld be exiting on 181 St Ave NW. See- Attached Map. <br /> <br />We are in a sparsely populated area of Ramsey; there are only 7 homes in a 'l2 <br />mile area on the south side of 181 st and only 3 homes on the North side. So it appears that <br />Congestion would not be an issue. <br /> <br />I am available for you to meet with and See my proposed area for a Driveway and <br />Home site if you wish to come out.
