Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberBeyer. <br /> <br />Case #9: Consider Certificate of Completion Regarding Guy Addition <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich referenced the Guy Addition which is four lots approved in 1995. <br />The City required a development agreement and it was recorded. Two of the lots are <br />scheduled to be sold. They are asking that we execute the Certificate of Completion. The <br />Zoning Administrator and the City Engineer have determined it's complete. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to <br />authorize the execution of the Certificate of Completion regarding the Guy Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
