She requested consideration of this request for an enclosed patio. <br /> <br />Mr. Gruber explained that the patio is 4,500 square feet and is designed for people to come and watch <br />the ball games. Rather than having all the people congregate around the ballfields and fences they <br />can use the patio which will reduce noise and be easier to control. He stated screening will be <br />provided on the north side of the patio so the view of the patio will be blocked from Highway 10. <br />He stated the fencing will also block the view of the patio from outside the ballfield areas. <br /> <br />A resident asked again if they will not have an outdoor public address system to announce the scores. <br />Mr. Graber stated this is correct and explained how they will video tape the games for later viewing <br />inside the restaurant. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jensen, seconded by Commissioner LaDue to close the public hearing at <br />8:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion Carded.
