Commissioner Anderson asked if it is illegal for dogs to bark at passing pedestrians. Zoning <br />Administrator Frolik stated the ordinance addresses barking dogs and indicated if such occurs, the <br />Teetzels may jeopardize their conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden stated it was possible for another resident to have one dog which barks <br />more than the four on the applicants' property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to accept Findings of <br />Fact #1-10 as presented. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Wivoda, Anderson, <br />and Jensen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to amend Findings of Fact <br />/ti 1 to reflect that the use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, Anderson, <br />and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to amend Findings of <br />Fact #12 to reflect that the use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Wivoda, Anderson, <br />and Jensen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to amend Findings of <br />Fact #13 to reflect that the use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Wivoda, Anderson, <br />and Jensen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to amend Findings of <br />Fact #14 to reflect that the use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses, omit <br />the words "or disturbing." <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Wivoda, Anderson, <br />and Jensen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to amend Findings of Fact <br />#15 to reflect that the use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Jensen, Anderson, <br />and Wivoda. Voting No: None.
