<br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) industrial or business park sign <br />for each point of vehicular access to an office or industrial park. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of an industrial or business park sign shall not <br />exceed one hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each <br />exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two <br />hundred (200) square feet <br /> <br />d. A ground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher <br />than ten (10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the <br />nearest adjacent roadway, whicheveris higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Park Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />a. There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal <br />building or tenant or use within a building, except where the building <br />abuts two (2) or more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented <br />to each abutting street, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more, than one (1) ground sign for each principal <br />building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent <br />(15%) of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to <br />which the sign is to be affixed. A wall sign shall not project higher <br />than the parapet line of the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />d. The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred <br />(IOO) square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate <br />gross surface area of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />e., A ground sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, as measured <br />from based of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, <br />whichever is higher. <br /> <br />9.12.11 <br /> <br />Planned Unit Developments <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The developer shall be required to submit a sign plan for <br />approval, drawn to scale with elevations. The sign plan shall include but not be limited to <br />the following information: number of signs, type of signs, sign sizes, type of <br />construction materials, and sign messages. <br /> <br />9.12.12 <br /> <br />Construction Specifications <br /> <br />Subdivision 1.
