Also, the slopes have also been reduced adjacent to the trail. <br />The pond on fl~e NW comer of Alpine Drive and Sodium St. will have extensive <br />landscaping along its southerly edge. Also the slope on the west end of the pond has been <br />reduced. The retaining wall on the east side of Wetland 3 will have a barrier fence or <br />railing on top with a row of 6' evergreens. <br />If the City Council desires, a dedicated easement or outlot will be grm~ted to provide <br />access to the upland property on the east side of the wetland, The City mad Developer <br />shall agree upon Ihe location. <br />Retaining Walls with a height greater than 42" will requite a fence to be installed on top. <br /> <br />Alpine Acres 2~a Addition: <br /> <br />1.
