Councilmember introduced the folloWing resolution and mOved for its. adoptiOn: RESOLUTION #03-01' A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWICK 3R~ ADDITION', WHEREAS, Turtle Moon, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Developer',, has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Rivenwick 3rd Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots D, E,.
