-300- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF HR MANAGER, <br /> PATRICK LEADENS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick Leadens was hired as a full,time HR Manager and began <br />work on September 24, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Leadens submitted a letter of resignation on December 26, <br />2002, effective December 26, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to accept Patrick Leadens' resignation from the position of <br />HR Manager; <br /> <br />2) That the effective date of Mr. Leadens' resignation was December 26, 2002. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resOlution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the folloWing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of January 2003. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I: <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
