The i2-inch <br />pipe size is only allowed for catch basin leadS. <br /> <br />On sheet 11 of 18 the eight-foot bituminous Path mustnot'terminate in <br />front of a drainage flume. It is .suggest that both bituminous flumes be <br />replaced with catch basins and Storm sewer: <br /> <br />On sheet 18 of 18 City standard details STR:3 and WAT 3 have been <br />revised. Replace these with.the attached replacements. Also enclosed is a <br />standard trail detail: please add this to the detail sheet. Be advised that. the number of occupancy permits <br />will be limited until the revised .signals are operational as a condition of the final plat <br />· development agreement.
