Mr. James Norman, City Administrator Ci.ty of Ramsey February 21, 2003 A draft copy of the full final report will be provide to the Client for review prior to delivery of- the final report. The f'mal.report will be presented in bound report format and will essentially be a full retail market feasibility study that would be suitable for lender review. COMPLETION TIMEFRAME The delivery of a full draft report would be completed within Ninety (90)days from the date of authorization to proceed with the analysis. Authorization to proceed will require the execution of a formal contract agreement between Maxfield Research Inc. and the authorizing Client group. The delivery of a final report to the Client group would occur shortly after receiving final comments and revisions to the draft report: Our turnaround on delivery of a final report is typically one week to two. weeks. The 90-day timeframe assumes that ·meetings with the Client-group will occur ina timely manner and that the project will not be substantively delayed pending completion of these meetings. If substantial delays occur in scheduling of meetings with the Client group, the timefi:ame for completion of the draft report may be delayed. A proposed completion timeframe is outlined in the attached spreadsheet. PROJECT MANAGER Mary Bujold, President of Maxfield Research Inc. will serve as Project Manager for this study. Mary will oversee the work program and review all work completed for the project. She will participate in all key meetings with the Client group. Ms. Bujold has worked extensively with a variety of commercial repositioning and redevelopment projects in urban, and suburban areas including major Corridor analyses, specific site redevelopment projects and 'extensive Downtown · revitalization analyses. RESEARCH STAFF Mr. Jay Thompson, Senior Research Analyst with Maxfield Research Inc. will'serve as the prinicipal research analyst for the project, providing the majority of the analysis of findings'and directing the work of other research staff. Mr. Thompson will be responsible for conducting all field.work associated· with .the project, including, interviews and compiling all written documents for the project. Mr. Thompson has. been the pr/ncipal research-analyst for' commercial studies, for the communities of Elk River, Jordan;' Rosemount, and most recentI'y, for Long Lake: Ms. Laurie Shives, Research. Analyst, with'Maxfield Research Inc. will provide data gathering services for this project.
