Governmental functions normally are scheduled at a minimum of three days in advance. However, this requirement may be waived if the need is great or an emergency exists. Governmental functions may supersede any other use with or without reservations if (I) three days notice is given; and (2) there is no other practical alternative. An attempt should be made, as practicable, to find other alternatives and give three days notice whenever possible. Organized groups or the general public ~must make reservations for use of the facilities in writing at least 14 days in advance of the event. FEES AND DEPOSITS The permit to utilize a room within a city facility is valid only for the date and time specified and must be in the possession of a responsible party at each event. In order to meet the coordination, facilitation, and maintenance costs which result from continued use of these facilities, a per event, non-refundable fee is charged for all reservations of the facilities, except for the following groups/functions (Weekend and After-Hours charges still apply): a) Governmental functions b) Senior citizen groupsRamsey Seniors Club c) Youth or youth oriented groups (Boy or Girl Scouts, ~AA, Youth First) e)~n_____Ramsey community organizations (Ramsey Rotary, Ramsey Lions, Ramsey Garden Club, Ramsey Women of Today.
