Field & Company assists the City of Ramsey in the management of their emploYee benefit <br />program providing: <br /> <br />· Assistance with ongoing benefit management <br /> <br />· Annual review, cost analysis and plan design recommendations <br /> <br />· Assist as needed in the administrative handling of plan changes / deletions <br /> <br />· Renewal evaluation and recommendations = January, 2004 <br /> <br />Our agreement with the City of Ramsey was 2% of paid premium. Due to the fact that premium/enrollment can <br />changes monthly we agreed to equate the 2% to $10 per employee per month.
