· Continue to follow up and manage potential funding sources including the FY04 <br /> Appropriations Funding Request for environmental documents and preliminary <br /> layouts for the three TH 10 interchanges. <br />· Continue working with the City and potential partner applicants to pursue <br /> Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) funds to complete environmental <br /> documents along a larger portion of TH10. (This would not include actual <br /> preparation of the application which would need to be part of a separate <br /> agreement with the applicant(s).) <br />· Participate in a presentation of the AUAR, additional findings and further action <br /> plans to the City Council. <br />· Other duties as assigned by the principal contact James E. Norman, City <br /> Administrator. <br /> <br />The Tinklenberg Group will subcontract with the consulting firm CH2M Hill to complete <br />the AUAR portion of the tasks outlined above. The full cost to complete these tasks is <br />$45,000. UpOn your approval, work will continue as scheduled.
