The Municipal Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized groups <br />or the general public. Items, equipment and supplies must be removed if in the opinion of the <br />City Administrator the items, equipment, supplies occupy areas to be used by other groups, <br />presents a hazard, or is unsightly. <br /> <br />ALCOHOL & CO'NTROLLED SUTBSTANCES USE <br /> <br />Controlled substances and/or alcoholic beverages shall not 'be brought on the' premises or <br />consumed at the facilities. Alcoholic <br />bevera<es may be allowed on the premises tbr special events as permi~ed by ~e City Council. <br /> <br />LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE <br /> <br />The user of the facilities is as an individual and as a group liable for any damage to public or · <br />private property or injury to any person resulting from the use or presence at the facilities.
