<br />After consideration, Board consensus was to leave the two as separate items. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda indicated that the EPB is already coordinating "Completion and <br />support adoption of the Wetland Inventory for Ramsey" with City Staff. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson suggested placing EPB member names beside the <br />areas of interest to progress with each bullet item. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski volunteered to lead a sub-committee on the "Research Open <br />Space Referendum" bullet item. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg and Board Member Max volunteered to work on "Work with <br />City Staff and Council to address protection and connection of greenway spaces as <br />outlined in the 5-year Goals and Strategic Focus Areas." <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz volunteered to work on the "Public Grants and Funding calendar <br />for related environmental initiatives and submit to staff and council". <br /> <br />Board Member Max volunteered to "Research the potential and!or feasibility of <br />greenway banking system". <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda suggested that all EPB members would work on the "Encourage <br />citizen participation" bullet item. He requested that discussion about the Environmental <br />Expo be placed on the agenda for the next EPB meeting. <br /> <br />Board Member Max explained that discussion about not hosting an Environmental Expo <br />was brought up at December 4, 2006 EPB meeting because the Ramsey3 session will be <br />held the same weekend. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated his desire to discuss the Environmental Expo as an official <br />agenda item for the record so Staff can discuss it at a work session for City Council input. <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz suggested that a notification be sent to vendor participants from <br />prevIOUS years. <br /> <br />Board Member Max concurred with Board Member Bentz' suggestion. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski stated that there had been talk about potentially holding the tree <br />sale one week earlier. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated there might be a conflict with the ACD tree <br />sale. Coordinator Anderson stated that the Environmental Expo has typically been held <br />that time ofthe year, but it could be hosted at another time of the year. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated the tree sale revolves around Arbor Day. <br /> <br />Environmental Policy Board!
