Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07- 06 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 05 -41 <br />WELL HOUSE NO. 4. <br />WHEREAS, on May 22, 2007 the Ramsey City Council adopted a resolution accepting <br />plans and specifications and authorizing the solicitation of bids; and <br />. WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 05 -41, Well <br />House No. 4, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the bids that were received: <br />Bidder Bid <br />WHEREAS, is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an <br />agreement with for Improvement Project 05041, Well House No. 4 in the amount of <br />$ ; and <br />2) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26 day of June 2007. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />—352— <br />RESOLUTION #07- 06 -XXX <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
